If iDiz, Inc. is managing and supporting your WordPress website hosting, here's where you can download the Due Diligence info you'll need to keep on hand.

This includes info on exactly who handles what aspects of keeping your website safe, secure, reliable, and fast. It also covers how to get support, what to do if there’s an issue, and your responsibilities for keeping your site safe. And best of all, it’s relatively short and written to be understandable, even if you’re not a techie type.

We review this document at least quarterly, and update it as needed.
