When Eli Lilly and Company, a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company, wanted to decrease the time it took to get new products to market, they decided to move employees out of offices into cubicles in order to speed communication and increase interaction. To make the transition smoother, we were hired to write and design a booklet explaining why the company made the move. “Working in a Cubicle World: A Survival Guide” featured a corrugated cover, and a light-hearted copy approach in explaining the new office protocols.
