For those of you new to iDiz, we're a strategic marketing agency located in Indianapolis. We handle advertising, promotional campaigns, web sites, branding, print, and more for credit unions all across the country that are ready to grow. If you have worked with other agencies before, we aren't like them. If we are your first agency, then we think you made an excellent choice.

 

Here are some of the most frequently asked questions we are asked:

 

Why do you do so many different things?

Our clients asked us to. They may come to us for a web site, but then they find out we can update their logo, design their brochures, and create killer campaigns. It's hard to say no to a client.

 

Where are your account executives?

We don't have any. When you work with us you will have direct contact with the people working on your project. There's no one in the middle to mess up the communication.

 

What information do you need from us in order to create
what we really need?

Honestly, the more the merrier. What's your competition? What kind of people are your members? What's your community like? How do your members feel about your CU? What do your past promotions look like? What kind of ROI did you see?

What kind of results can we expect?

To be completely honest, that's hard to answer. We work with our clients to track ROI, but the results of XYZ CU's promotion may not reflect how a similar promotion might do for you. There are so many factors that go into determining ROI - the offer, the climate at the time of the promotion, how many hoops are necessary for a member to jump through to take advantage of the offer...


How do you determine your costs?

We track the hours on every job we do so estimates and proposals are based on average costs for similar projects.

 

How do I get good creative at a reasonable cost?

The more organized and focused you are in what you want your campaign to accomplish, the better our creative will be at meeting your expectations. Also, don't try to solve all your CU's problems with one campaign. Fine tune your offer and your expectations to help ensure you get on-target creative.


How long does it take to design a postcard?

About 1-2 weeks. Website? 3-4 months. Auto loan campaign? 2-3 weeks.

 

Do you sell mailing lists?

No we do not. But we do have several good sources for mailing lists. Email lists are still very hard to come by.

 

How successful is your blueprint home equity campaign?

Very. (But please see "results" above.) More than 100 credit unions of all sizes have used the promotion. Several have used it more than once. Your CU's success with the campaign will depend on your offer, your timing, and your audience.

 

Can we use our own printing company?

Of course you can. We have printers we work with and we take full responsibility for the printed pieces. If you use your own printer, our responsibilities end once we hand over approved artwork. We still want to see the proof, however, just to be sure.
